Offer available to Retail (A), Registered Business Fleet (Blue K only), and On-sold Demonstrator (D) buyer type customers who purchase and receive from a Ford Authorised Dealership a new, or demonstrator Ford Transit (MY24.75 & E-Transit excluded) (Vehicle) between 1 August and 30 September 2024.

B. Offer includes the first three general services only as set out in the Service Portfolio supplied with the Vehicle (click here to see Transit Service Portfolio ) up to 3 years from the Vehicle's Ford warranty commencement date or 90,000km, whichever comes first (General Services).

C. Each General Service includes the service items listed in the "GENERAL SERVICE" and "OTHER MAINTENANCE ITEMS" sections of the Service Portfolio as required at the time or distance intervals prescribed by the Service Portfolio.

D. The General Services exclude any other service item, part, repair, consumable, labour or any other work or improvement on the Vehicle whatsoever that is not listed in clause C, as well as the service items listed in the "SEVERE OR EXTREME CONDITION SERVICE" and "IOLM SERVICE" sections of the Service Portfolio.

E. If a General Service is not performed within 6 months or 15,000km after the servicing interval prescribed by the Service Portfolio or within up to 3 years from the Vehicle's Ford warranty commencement date or 90,000km, whichever comes first, the customer forfeits inclusion of that General Service and may be required to pay for that General Service.

F. The offer is not transferable to another vehicle and remains with the Vehicle regardless of ownership.

4. If the charger needs to be installed beyond 15m of the electrical distribution box, Evie can quote non-standard installation through their survey process

e. Use of FordPass is subject to the FordPass Terms and Privacy Policy available on ford.com.au/fordpass and requires a compatible mobile device, internet access and software (including software updates from time to time). FordPass functionality and appearance may change over time due to software updates. You are responsible for internet access, mobile network data and voice call services required for your use of the FordPass App on your mobile device, including associated fees. The FordPass App and FordPass Connect modem can only work when both are connected to the telecommunications network. The FordPass Connect modem will only function on the 3G or 4G telecommunications networks. When these networks are no longer available, the modem will stop functioning and the connected services and all data transmission via the modem will cease. Ford cannot guarantee that FordPass will be in fully operating condition at all times and the FordPass App may be unavailable or particular FordPass services interrupted. 3. Don’t drive distracted. Use voice operated systems where possible and don’t use handheld devices while driving. Some features may be locked out while the vehicle is in gear. Not all SYNC features are compatible with all phones. SYNC screen appearance and functionality may change over time due to software updates.
